You have ten (10) days from the time you receive your merchandise to examine your purchase. We want you to be 100% sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item, in its original condition, within 10 days of receiving your merchandise.
RETURN PROCESS
Option 1:
Return the item to "Diamond Phils" for refund or exchange.
To ensure your refund, our certified jewelry appraisers will examine your return to determine that the item is in its original condition. Once it has passed inspection, your refund will be processed.
Please note that the following items will not be accepted for returns:
- Item is not in its original condition
- Item is scratched or worn
- Item is altered or resized by a jeweler other than Diamond Phils
- Item is damaged
- Returns with no Diamond Phils return authorization code
- Packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured
If you have designed your own item and still wish to return it- for any reason other than manufacturer's defect - a 15% restocking fee may apply. A JRep appraiser will determine whether the defect is manufacturer related. If your item is found to have a manufacturers defect, we will reimburse the shipping and insurance charges as well.
Option 2:
Package Your Return and ship it to Diamond Phils.
To return please, follow our three step process carefully:
- Call for a Return Authorization Number
- Call Diamond Phils (973) 292-1077 and you will be given a Return Authorization Number. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.
- Package your return.
- Include all original packaging. For security reasons, do not reference jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.
- Insure your package.
- On your invoice, if the price of the item is:
- Less than $500: No extra insurance needed. All packages must be returned using FedEx®.
- Between $500-$25,000: Declare the value of the shipment in the insurance line of the FedEx® shipping label. Keep the tracking number and receipt so you will be assured that your shipment has reached Diamond Phils.

Diamond Phils will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments, FedEx® will.
